THIRD ACTIVITY

 This activity is...BUILDING YOUR OWN PAPER ROCKET

All description is in the worksheet. 

The basic principles behind rocketry are the same for a simple paper rocket as for space rockets. In this activity, the students will design and build their own paper rocket and use it to investigate some of the variables in the design that may affect the stability and performance of the rocket.

To help them, I give them some hints, for example a template for the fins and the front part and also that it is better ir they seal the front part before setting the cone. 

They have to register all material used and when the rocket is finished they have to determine the centre of mass and the center of pressure, according to instructions giving in the worksheet.
